Revolutionizing Your Studies: 3 AI Tools to Make Learning Smarter

Brother, that era is gone when you had to sit for hours to study for exams. You had to stay up all night to memorize the entire syllabus. And to understand complex topics, you had to watch endless YouTube videos. Because all these tasks can now be done quite easily and effectively with the help of AI. So in today’s date, most of the students know about AI, but only a few of them know how to use it. And even today, if you go to ChatGPT and say “explain this concept,” then you are not using even 1% of AI’s power. That’s why in this video, I will tell you about three such AI hacks using which you can make your studies smarter and more efficient. And before the video ends, I will share five pro tips that will make you an AI master. So like this video for the algorithm and make sure to play it at 1.25x for a better experience. Let’s start with phase one: Clarity and Research.

Phase 1: Clarity and Research

Has it ever happened to you that you sit down to study and your motivation is at its peak? Your notes are also ready. But as soon as you open the book and read a few pages, your mind suddenly freezes. Even during exam preparations, if you can’t understand where to start studying or if there’s a topic that you should read or not, then know that your foundation is weak somewhere. Look, for doing any work, clarity and research are needed. But during studies, if you don’t have this clarity or any action plan, then somewhere down the line, you will get lost. So every time you study, instead of making a structured path, you just go and watch 10 different videos on YouTube or sit researching for hours on Google, because of which your brain just gets overloaded with information. And in return, you get even more confused. That’s why having a strong foundation is very important. Before reading, decide specifically which chapters you need to read. And if you don’t know how to do it, just use AI for it.

Now look, when it comes to research and planning, there are so many AI tools like Grok, ChatGPT, Perplexity, but I personally recommend Gemini to you. Yes, I agree that Gemini used to give quite generic responses a few months ago. But now with its new deep research mode, even ChatGPT fails in front of it. This mode can literally work like a research assistant. While other AI tools just give summarization on existing datasets, Gemini can fetch contextually layered information with live web access. You know, there are quite heavy words for you to understand. But let me simplify it a bit more for you. When you give it a prompt, it scans multiple sources together. Like articles, blogs, research papers, PDFs, and even YouTube videos. And then by compressing all this information, it gives a structured and logic-based response. And remember, it’s not limited to just summary here. This tool can also understand your patterns, which are research patterns. It can apply reasoning. And next time when you do any research, it can also give output in your preferred style.

Now look, this is especially powerful for those students who keep exploring new and trending topics every time. Let me explain it to you with an example. So as you can see here, I have selected Gemini’s deep research feature. Imagine you are preparing for JEE exam. And you don’t know how to get started. So you can give a prompt to Gemini like “Hey Gemini, I am preparing for JEE Main entrance exam but I don’t know what things to study. I want you to do a deep research and analyze last 10 years JEE chemistry papers. Identifying recurring themes, weightage patterns and suggest a study sequence based on scoring potential and topic interdependency. Also give me a list of repetitive questions and chapters so that I can prepare them.” Just enter this prompt and see the magic. First of all, it will give you a roadmap of its own research which you can also edit manually. But as far as I know, you will never need it. I myself have never needed it. Because this roadmap is already aligned with your vision somewhere. Now when you select start research, then this tool will analyze every site or every resource available on the internet. You can see here how this tool does research and which resources it is studying. And in just a few minutes, it will not only give you a clear study plan but also tell you such potential questions that have repeated through the years. And if you have even a little doubt about any particular section of this research or if you want to understand it better or simplify it, then you can ask about it here and it will do it for you.

Now look, I personally use Gemini because it is much more accurate than ChatGPT and Grok, and for every statement, it provides a separate type of resource so that you can instantly cross-check it. Now look, this was just an example, but how you will study with the help of AI completely depends on your prompts. And that’s why I am going to tell you some tips here further so that you can write top 1% prompts. First, understand it like this that AI is a 5-year-old child and spoon-feed it. Look, AI is not some clairvoyant here that can understand what’s going on in your mind. So if you want desired answers from AI, tell it everything that’s in your mind. First, give the prompt in the format of role context, then goal, then instructions. For example, if I want to know clearly about any concept from AI, don’t ask directly “Hey ChatGPT, tell me about photosynthesis.” You can twist it a bit and ask like this: “Hey ChatGPT, imagine yourself as a high school science teacher with experience of over 15 years. Now I want to know about photosynthesis. So tell me about it in the easiest way possible. Make sure not to be very preachy and teach me like you will tell to a 15-year-old kid.” Now you can see the answers of both these prompts on the screen yourself. Compare them once. You will instantly know just by looking which prompt worked better.

Now this was just an example of one prompt. But on our channel, I have made a video on master prompt engineering with ChatGPT in which I have told about prompt writing and five powerful prompt structures. So don’t forget to check this video by clicking here. First, brother, watch this video completely, then after that you can go and check that. Now that your study base, your foundation is strong. Let’s move to the next phase which will not only reduce your reading time but will also help somewhere in understanding and writing the most difficult concepts easily. Which brings us to phase number two: Writing and Assisting.

Phase 2: Writing and Assisting

Look, writing is a process where the condition of maximum students gets bad. Everything is clear in your mind. But as soon as you pick up the pen and start writing, your brain suddenly goes blank. Even in the exam hall, it must have happened to you many times where you start thinking that hey, this was in my notes. I had read it too but why can’t I remember it now? In psychology, it is called expression problem in which you remember things but you can’t recollect them back. Research says that 70% of the students don’t have problem in remembering information but definitely have problem in writing it. Have you seen the 12th film movie? In it, the main character when preparing to become IPS, he clears the preliminary exam but every time can’t clear the main examination. He thinks that I am studying day and night but still why aren’t the exams getting cleared? But then he realizes that whatever he is memorizing, he is not able to write it. And then he not only memorizes the answer but also starts practicing writing it. But have you ever thought why this writing problem happens after all? Now this is basically rooted because of our traditional education system. Which teaches us to read but never teaches how to read. We read what the teacher said. We memorized what was in the syllabus. But because of this, our strategic thinking never developed. And that’s why this second phase that I am talking about becomes very important.

Look, to remember any thing, you have to understand it. And stories are best for this. When you process information in a story format, multiple neural pathways activate in the brain. And the result is better retention, clear understanding, and powerful expression. Now for this chat, I personally prefer ChatGPT. Because its reasoning is much better than other AI tools. Especially its ChatGPT 4 model. You will notice that till today you must have thought that Gemini, ChatGPT, or Claude, or Grok, all these do the same work. Your point is correct to some extent here. But there is one major difference in them that some model does reasoning better. Some model does understanding better. Some model can do research better. So this model of ChatGPT is a contextual thinking engine that can process and develop thoughts with you in real time. Its work is not just to give information but also to give structure, clarity, and coherence to your ideas. Right now, the architecture of CI uses transformer-based attention model which understands the hidden patterns and intent of your prompt and makes response. The biggest strength of ChatGPT4 is its reasoning capability and adaptive tone. If you ask questions on the same topic repeatedly, this tool can go to deeper layers inside that topic. I agree that its memory depth may be a bit limited. But in session-based conversations, it will logically process your every follow-up. And when it comes to writing, ChatGPT4 brainstorms with you and refines your written ideas more and adjusts tone according to your preference. And trust me, I haven’t seen reasoning like this in any other AI tool.

Let me prove this thing to you with an example. Suppose you are studying biology. And there is a concept called protein synthesis. That is, such a process in which the cell makes protein in the body from DNA instructions. Now remembering and writing this concept is quite difficult. So I will give a prompt for that. “Hey ChatGPT, imagine yourself as a science teacher with over 12 years of teaching experience. And you have to teach me the protein synthesis process. But I find it very difficult to understand. So can you just explain to me in the easiest way possible using storytelling and also generate me an answer that I can write in the exam.” And now just see its answer. Here one major mistake that many students make is direct response. They become very dependent on the direct response that AI gives. But here you have to understand one thing that AI is your assistant. So you have to have conversation with it. Whatever first output you get from it, you have to counter question it. You have to brainstorm with it. Because psychology explains when you engage in dialogue, your brain shifts from passive consumption to active construction mode. Like if I want to know this protein synthesis answer more professionally so that I can write it well in the exam. Then I will do a counter question to ChatGPT here and you can see the result.

Now look, when I personally use AI for research, sometimes its answers seem quite complex to me. So what do I do here as a simple thing? I give AI back a prompt that brother, narrate it in a story format so that some emotions also get added to that information and it becomes easy to remember it too. So never ask that tell me about India’s Mars mission. Just frame your question in some different way that I want to know the complete story of India’s Mars mission. Adding story or simple word makes so much difference. You will be shocked seeing it yourself. And AI basically will not write for you but will write with you. This is a simple line. There is a difference and that difference is very crucial. If you directly copy paste that answer and write or print without thinking, there will be no benefit. So make sure you understand it and then write it in your own words. Now apart from ChatGPT, there are so many other writing tools which you can use. Like Claude, QuillBot, Jasper, AI extra. I will suggest that you try these tools yourself and see. And decide which one is better for you.

Phase 3: Presentation Hack

Now let’s move to the last phase of this video without which the first two phases, that is research and writing, both are incomplete. Which is phase number three: Presentation hack. Okay, tell me one thing, who stands out the most in your class? The one who is a topper and always comes first or the one who is a bit average in studies but is ahead in sports, arts, creativity in all three places. Who talks to everyone, mixes well. Obviously, the second one will stand out the most. Right? Because he presents himself in such a way that he comes into everyone’s eyes. Something similar is the case with your studies too. You work hard day and night, do homework or make some project but when the time for presentation comes or time to contribute in class comes, your work looks very flat. It looks boring and people don’t even remember it. But here it’s not that you didn’t do the work. Here the main mistake is yours that you didn’t present it in such a way that it attracts anyone and retains. And that’s why this presentation phase is the most important.

According to psychology, humans can process visual information 60,000 times faster than any normal text. Meaning your brain literally thinks in pictures. Whenever you imagine, you imagine in pictures, not in words. Right? Even when you watch any movie, what happens? Your eyes see visuals. Ears hear audio and brain processes its story. This multisensory experience keeps you involved and engaged. But in studies, only one of your senses is used which is your eyes and it is used for reading. That’s why in today’s era, become a bit T-shaped student. That is, having deep understanding in any one subject and having a bit basic understanding in multiple skills. While studying, don’t just learn how to write. But also learn how to make that writing visually appealing. And there are so many AI tools which you can use here. Like if you have to generate any image, then tools like Leonardo AI, Coherence, Midjourney, and Runway AI will give you some of the most appealing images. Even ChatGPT can generate studio-level images nowadays. So I would say you are just one simple prompt away from your imagination. If you have written about any project or concept, then generate image and add it so that your document or PDF looks even more valuable and attractive.

And if you want to convert your notes into professional audio, then 11 Labs is one of the best AI tools out there. Its engine uses deep learning-based voice synthesis. Where you can add pauses, intonations, breath, sound, and even regional accent. That too without any mic or studio. And the most special thing is its voice cloning and emotional range. I am not doing any promotion here. But I personally also use it in my Instagram videos. In this, you can also see samples of your voice and you can read your notes in your given voice. This tool can basically become a walking podcast for you. Whether you are going on a walk, driving, or even doing light revision. In fact, in this tool, you can also generate regional languages. And trust me, the generated audio in this is very accurate from actual real human voices. Let me just show an example. The voice you are hearing right now is generated on 11 Labs. And really, it’s hard to believe that AI has advanced so much. The voice you are hearing right now is generated on 11 Labs. And really, it’s hard to believe that AI has advanced so much.

Now image and audio generation are still surface level things. Because the real magic is being done by video generation tools here. Tools like Vivo 3 and Sora are completely changing the video production dynamics. With these tools, you can convert complex concepts into storytelling format. How do cancer cells attack the body? How does heart attack come? How do complex machines run? Understanding such many new concepts theoretically becomes difficult. But through these video generation tools, you can understand them easily or even teach someone. Brother, it’s a business channel, even when I talk about studies, in between one or half business idea comes out. And its biggest benefit is that when you create content yourself, then you don’t just consume but you also actively construct in your mind.

Now as I told in the beginning, what output these AI tools will give you completely depends on your prompts and the inputted resources. But I am sure that as you integrate these AI tools more into your studies, over time you will master prompts even more. But still, if you don’t know how to use AI, how to write master prompts, then there are five pro tips which will make you an AI master.

Five Pro Tips to Become an AI Master

Number one, first make your own AI toolkit. Toolkit means that you have a proper list of AI tools that works best for your personal needs. Like if you have to do deep research, then Gemini or Perplexity, if you have to write content, then ChatGPT, and for visual posters or presentations, you can also use Canva AI or Ideogram. Instead of picking a random tool every time, make a fixed system in which you know which tool to use when for what work. After that, make a study tools folder in your browser’s bookmarks and save every AI tool in it with link. This will save your time and you won’t get distracted again and again.

Pro tip number two, understand AI models. For most students, AI is just a chatbot. But if you want to become an AI master, first understand these AI models. Some models are reasoning models which understand your questions like human and give answer by thinking logically on it. Like ChatGPT 4, Notebook LM, or Claude 3. These models discuss with you. Check arguments and can simplify difficult concepts. Whereas some models are non-reasoning models or retrieval-based models. Like Gemini, Perplexity which mainly extract live information from web and present it to you in a very good way. Their work is to give fast and factual data. But their depth and logic will sometimes seem a bit unlimited to you. When you need analysis, explanation, or personalized help on any topic, use reasoning model. And when you need real-time or updated information, use retrieval-based model.

After that comes pro tip number three, treat AI like a study partner. Most students treat AI just like a teacher who will just bring one answer again and again for you. But you have to make AI like your partner with whom you discuss every step, debate, and ask for different perspectives. When you are reading any new topic, ask tricky questions from AI. Like why didn’t Newton eat the apple that fell on his head? Or why haven’t humans gone to Mars yet? Or fish can breathe in water, then why can’t humans? Now look, no matter how weird or funny it sounds, but with such questions, you can grow your thinking level. And you stay invested at a very deep level in any topic because it starts seeming interesting to you.

After that comes pro tip number four, make your own question bank on every topic. A topper student’s always has a secret habit that he doesn’t just read but also revises it. Meaning whenever you finish reading any chapter, after that tell AI that ask me MCQ questions on this chapter or give me five fill in the blanks. Or make a 10 mark question paper with sample answer. Now just by doing this simple thing, your brain does active recall which is the most powerful memory technique. I have talked about such some study technique tips in this video. You can go and check it after this video. Look, the more questions you practice with, the more clarity and confidence you will get.

After that comes pro tip number five. Use There Is An AI For That. Now look, nowadays so many tools are launching that it’s become impossible to track all. And we know about only a few tools. While in the world, a new tool is being made for every specific task. Now its name is There Is An AI For That. Whether you have to summarize notes, make MCQs, or need flash cards for exams, or have to discuss on any PDF. In There Is An AI For That, you will get many such tools.

Now look, I have started using AI in most of my tasks. And I feel that as AI evolves further, we humans will have to adopt it. Because in the future, there will be more demand for those people who know how to integrate AI smartly in their work. By the way, one question was in my mind. I wanted to ask that what do you think? How will AI change studies or teaching after 5 years? Definitely tell me your opinion in the comments. Do you think that after 5 years, we will need these schools, colleges, and educational institutes? I will be waiting for your answer. If you found this video valuable, then definitely like it and don’t forget to share it with your friends and subscribe for more such valuable videos like this. Rest, I will meet you in the next video with another exciting topic. Till then, keep hustling, keep learning, and as always, keep inspiring.
